That was definitely winning the Queen Elisabeth Competition 2018 in Brussels. I only really realized the full scope and significance of the competition a few days later, and many great things have come out of it for me - and there will certainly be more to come.
... more often: Warum musiziere ich? Why do I make music? What does music mean to me? What are the incentives, dreams, goals and, above all, approaches to and from this profession? I think I would not only like to be asked this myself, but would also like to read about others.
... ideally never again: I'm not a big fan of interviews that are too much about the past (where you come from, when you started singing or making music) - it sounds more like a retelling of my life or a Wikipedia entry. I'm more interested in the future.
Before: It used to be a banana and a Green Juice. Nowadays it's more a good preparation and a few stretching exercises that calm me down before a performance.
After: It's not (yet) a real ritual, but a cold beer after a concert, performance or recital is really nice.
First and foremost, that my family stays healthy - no amount of money or luck in the world can pay for that. If there are also some artistically fulfilling moments and encounters, that would be even better.
